Steam Method of Cleaning

WARNING
Compressed air can move particles so that they
cause injury to the user or to other personnel.
Make sure that the path of the compressed air is
away from all personnel. Wear protective goggles
or a face shield to prevent injury to the eyes.
WARNING
Be careful when cleaning with steam. Steam can
cause serious burns. Wear protective clothing,
gloves, and eye protection. Never expose your
skin to steam.
Use the following procedure to clean the tank with
steam:
1. Remove all the parts from the tank. Install the
drain plug.
2. Fill the tank 1/4 full with a solution of water and
sodium bicarbonate or sodium carbonate. Mix
0.5 kg (1 lb) per 4 liter (1 gal) of water.
