Malfunctions

This section describes the possible causes of malfunc­tions and the work
required to remedy them.
If you notice an increase in malfunctions, shorten the maintenance intervals
in accordance with the actual load placed upon the system.
In the case of malfunctions that cannot be rectified using the information
provided below, contact the manufacturer using the contact details
provided on page 7.

Safety information for troubleshooting

Behavior in the event of malfunctions
The following applies as a general principle:
1. In the case of malfunctions that pose an immediate danger to persons
or material assets, interrupt the power supply immediately.
2. Determine the cause of the malfunction.
3. If work is required in the danger area in order to rectify the malfunction,
the Tool24 PickOne goods issue system must be switched off and
secured so that it cannot be turned back on inadvertently.
Inform the person in charge at the place of use about the malfunction
immediately.
4. 4. Depending on the type of malfunction, arrange for it to be rectified by
authorized experts or rectify it yourself.
