Electric shock hazard:
• For 120 Volt Bender: Connect
the power cord to a 120 volt,
20 amp receptacle on a ground
fault protected circuit only. Refer
to "Grounding Instructions" in the
Instruction Manual, which is listed
under "Other Publications."
• For 220 Volt Bender: Connect
the power cord to a 220 volt,
15 amp receptacle on a ground
fault protected circuit only. Refer
to "Grounding Instructions" in the
Instruction Manual, which is listed
under "Other Publications."
• Do not modify the power cord or
plug.
• Inspect the power cord before
use. Repair or replace the cord if
damaged.
• Disconnect the unit from power
before servicing.
