19.13 Thermostat function

Supplementary heating
The thermostat function is only activated if SYST = 2 regardless of
whether the solar system is providing heat or not. The function
can be used to exploit excess heat or for supplementary heating.

The reference sensor for the thermostat function is S3
AH O: Thermostat activation temperature
Setting range: 0,0 ... 95,0 °C
Default setting: 40,0 °C
AH F: Thermostat deactivation temperature
Setting range: 0,0 ... 95,0 °C
Default setting: 45,0 °C
t1 O, t2 O, t3 O: Thermostat activation time
Setting range: 00:00 ... 23:45
Default setting: 00:00
Utilisation of excess heat
t1 F , t2 F , t3 F: Thermostat deactivation time
Setting range: 00:00 ... 23:45
Default setting: 00:00
This function lets you activate/deactivate the thermostat for a
certain period of time. Three time intervals, t1, t2 and t3, are
available for activation and deactivation.
Example: If the function must only be activated between e.g.
6:00 and 9:00, set t1 O to 6:00 and set t1 F to 09:00. The thermo-
stat function is permanently active (default setting).
If all time intervals are set to 00:00, thermostat functioning is
based exclusively on temperature (default setting).

19.14 Anti-legionella function

OtD: Thermal disinfection (anti-legionella) function
Setting range: ON, OFF
Default setting: OFF
This function is used to protect the top section of the storage
cylinder against legionella by using the supplementary boiler to
heat it. Set parameter OtD ON to activate the function.
Disinfection is activated if, during the PDIS monitoring time,
storage cylinder top temperature falls below the value set in
TDIS for a time no longer than that set in DDIS. It is deactivated
when storage cylinder top temperature remains above TDIS for
the time set in DDIS.
Sensor S3 is used as comparison sensor for the temperature dis-
played as TDIS. If parameter OtD is set ON, parameters PDIS, TDIS
and DDIS appear among the control parameters.
