Before using the camera

r Supported camera
This viewfinder supports the following cameras.
f Camera recorder
AJ-PX5000, AJ-PX800, AJ-PX380, AJ-HPX3100, AG-HPX600, AG-HPX610
f System camera
AK-HC3800, AK-HC3500A, AK-UC3000, AK-HC5000
For details on other supported models, consult your dealer.
The initial setting of the viewfinder output may be set to monochrome depending on the model.
For the method to switch the output to color video, refer to the Operating Instructions of each camera.
r Using in low temperature environment
The hue may look shifted in the low temperature environment, but this is not a malfunction.
r Bright spot and dark spot in the LCD screen
The LCD section is manufactured with high precision technology. The transmissive LCD panel with
effective pixel count of 99.99% or higher is used, but there may be black or white spots visible in the
screen. It may also generate newly after using the panel for a long time due to the characteristics of the
panel. These are not malfunction. Also, these spots are not recorded.
r Color at the contour of the image
It may look like there is a color at the contour of the image in the following cases when the viewfinder is
used in color mode. This is not a malfunction.
f When the line of sight is moved rapidly within the viewfinder
f When the image is moved rapidly
