Introduction The Rice Lake 560 Digital Chair scale is efficiently designed to provide accurate, reliable and repeatable weight measurements and has features that enable a fast and convenient weighing process. The Rice Lake 560 Digital Chair scale features a robust design, two armrests that can be lifted separately and two foot rests that can be folded up for easy patient access. -

Attaching Load Cell Cable to Frame The scale comes with the load cell cable coiled and ready to plug into the back of the indicator. Uncoil the load cell cable and route along the chair scale frame.

AC Power Connections The Rice Lake 560 Digital Chair scale has an optional 120 VAC adapter or 230 VAC adapter to use when power is readily available. The optional AC power adapter plugs into the back of the indicator as shown in Figure 3-10. - Page 14 Load Cell Connection Use the following steps to connect the load cell cable. 1. Ensure that the load cell cable has been run and attached to the chair frame with supplied zip ties. 2. The indicator comes with the back cover plate removed. Plug the load cell connector into the indicator as shown below.
