The EnDaL smart offers the possibility to determine the current GPS position in
definable intervals (tracking function), during the recording of synchronous data, and during the
detection of shock and alarm events.
Configuration of the GPS tracking
The GPS tracking interval can be defined in the field "GPS tracking" (see Figure 26). If no GPS
tracking should be carried out, then no event channel has to be activated or the interval has to be
set to "0 h" and "0 min".
Note:
The configuration of the intervals for the position determination has a substantial influence on the
device runtime! Please see chapter 3.4 in this regard.

Furthermore, one can adjust here at what time or event GPS coordinates shall be searched. Here
one can choose between the general shock event (all recording thresholds exceeded), alarm
events (shock, temperature, humidity, inclination, pressure), a synchronous recording and a GPS
tracking interval.
