"CG3" SERIES VENTILATOR PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION GREASE EXTRACTION The Gaylord “CG3” Series Ventilator extracts up to 95% of the extraction baffle. There is a small sloped grease collecting grease, dust and lint particles from the airstream passing gutter on the back side of the damper which drains off liquefied through it, when operated and maintained in accordance with grease, preventing it from re-entraining into the airstream.
