4. CHECKING, DISASSEMBLING AND SERVICING
< Hydraulic piston >
1. Inject the compressed air into the hydraulic
cylinder, and take out the hydraulic piston.
▷ Reassembling
Take care not to damage the O-ring and backup
ring.
Apply transmission fluid to the O-ring.
Replace the O-ring if it is defective, worn or
scratched, which may case oil leakage.
< Lowering speed adjusting valve >
1. Remove the internal snap ring(1) and pull out
the lowering speed adjusting valve with shaft(2).
2. Draw out the ball(5) and spring(6).
▷ Reassembling
Take care not to damage the O-rings.

1. Remove the position control valve mounting
