ENGINE -
Engine Removal
When reconnecting the chain be sure the master
link is facing in the correct direction.

After reconnecting the chain, adjust the free play
to
25
mm. { 1 in.) up and down at the center of
the lower section with the rear wheel on the
ground.
8. Remove the pump cover and pump cable.

9. Loosen the carburetor band.

10. Disconnect the oil line and be sure to plug the
hole to prevent oil from flowing out.

11. Disconnect the fuel line at the bottom of the fuel
tank.

12. Remove the throttle valve.
