KEY OPERATOR PROGRAMS

Account Limit Setting

This program is used to set the maximum number of copies which can
be made against a registered account number.
When an optional printer expansion kit is installed, enabling of key
operator program "RECORD COPY AND PRINT PER ACCOUNT" will
disable the "ACCOUNT LIMIT SETTING".

manual for the setting of key operator program "RECORD COPY
AND PRINT PER ACCOUNT".
When the "ACCOUNT LIMIT SETTING." key is pressed, the following
display will appear.

To print all registered account numbers
1.
Press the "PRINT" key.
The copier will start printing. To stop printing after starting,
press the "CANCEL" key.
2.
Press the "OK" key to exit the program.

To set a limit
1.
Enter the account number to be limited.
2.
Enter the upper limit (max. 999,999) for the account.
If a limit for the account has been already set, the limit will be
displayed. Press the CLEAR (
upper limit.
To cancel a limit, press the CLEAR (
step 3 without entering a limit.
3.
Press the "ENTER" key.
4.
To limit other accounts, repeat steps 1 to 3. Press the
"OK" key to exit the program.
