Insert the USB flash drive into a computer with a DVD drive running Windows, and wait
for the flash drive to be recognized.

Open a command prompt as an administrator.

diskpart.exe

Identify the drive number that corresponds to the USB flash drive.

Reinstalling Windows
Complete the following steps to use the recovery media to install Windows.

Connect the bootable USB flash drive to one of the USB ports on the NI CVS-1459. Or
connect an external DVD drive to one of the USB ports on the NI CVS-1459 and insert
the recovery DVD into the external drive.
