The NI CVS-1459 is OFF. This is not an
indication of whether power is applied or not.
The NI CVS-1459 is operating normally and is
properly powered on.
The NI CVS-1459 power-up sequence failed.
User-controlled LEDs that can be controlled
using the NI System Configuration API.
