How to clear a “Inter lock open” message?

1 comments:
Mr. Anderson
February 3, 2025

To clear an "Interlock open" message on a DriSteem XT Series unit, ensure the following:

1. Door Interlock Safety Switch: Confirm that the door interlock safety switch is securely closed.
2. High Limit Humidistat: Verify that the high limit humidistat input is closed or that the variable air volume (VAV) control system's high limit transmitter is properly connected.
3. Airflow Switch: Ensure the airflow switch is closed and functional.
4. Water Level: Check that there is sufficient water in the steam cylinder.
5. Call for Humidity: Make sure there is an active call for humidity.

After these checks, the "Interlock open" message should clear if all conditions are met.
