Introduction These SITRANS F US Clamp-on Communications Protocol installation instructions are for Siemens SITRANS F US clamp-on ultrasonic flow meters equipped with the communication option. The instructions are aimed at persons that mechanically install the device, connect it electronically, configure the parameters and commission it as well as service and maintenance engineers.

WEB Configuration Utility 6.1 WEB Configuration Utility Toolbox The Toolbox utility will discover meters with communication modules on the Ethernet network. The meters can be on the same or different subnet as the PC running the Toolbox Utility. You can connect to the module that is on the same Ethernet subnet by using the connect button which will open the default WEB Browser on the PC.
