Is the plug of the AC adapter plugged into the socket outlet?
Is there an obstacle within about 150 cm in front of the charging base or
within about 120 cm of the side? (P. EN11)
The unit moves slower than normal operation when returning to the
charging base.
The returning operation may repeat a few times before the unit returns
completely to the charging base. Wait until it completes the operation.
If the main unit is next to the charging base, the main unit may not receive the
signals from the charging base correctly so it may be unable to return.
Put the main unit about 50 cm from the front of the charging base, press
Home button, and if the main unit returns to the charging base, then the main
unit is operating normally.
Is the infrared receiver on the main unit or the transmitter on the charging
base dirty?
→ Perform maintenance (P. EN19)
Are you using the unit in a place where direct sunlight hits it or is the
charging base near other devices (halogen heaters, remote controllers of
other devices, etc.) that emit infrared?
Sunlight and the infrared emitted by some devices can interfere with the
infrared communications between the main unit and the remote controller,
and between the main unit and the charging base. This may cause the
main unit fail to return to the charging base.
→ • Shut out sunlight with a curtain or similar
  (from the frosted glass out of the sunlight may also have the same effect)
• If near devices that emit infrared, move the main unit and charging
base away from the devices
Depending on the distance from the charging base, the unit may not return
to the charging base.
The main unit and charging base may become warm during or after
operation and while charging, but this is normal.
