Are the infrared sensors dirty?

Are the fall prevention sensors dirty?
→ Perform maintenance (P. EN19)
The fall prevention sensors may not sense a segment difference of less
than 10 cm due to the ground color difference and may fall, but it does not
affect its normal use.
The unit cannot avoid the feet of tables and chairs, or light or dark hanging
furniture and utensils such as TV tables with sliding doors and covered with
curtains or casters, and may hit them.
Are the infrared sensors dirty?

The unit does not have sensors to detect obstacles on the rear, so it may
collide when reversing
Has thread, hair or similar foreign object tangled in the rotating brush or
side brushes? (P. EN18, 20)
Has thread, hair or similar foreign object tangled in the rotating brush or

You cannot use the unit on carpets with threads longer than 7 mm.
Furthermore, even when the threads are shorter than 7 mm, depending on
the material that the threads are made from, the threads may get tangled in
the side brushes.

Has the unit sucked up something strong smelling that you have left inside?
→ Empty the dust box if the smell continues even after using the unit several

→ Clean the dust box (the filters) (P. EN16 ~ 17)
