Is the plug of the AC adapter plugged into the socket outlet?
Is the main power switch on?
Is the main unit set properly into the charging base?
→ Put the main unit in the charging base again
(When placed correctly, the status display lamp will turn up and down in a
cycle)
Has any foreign object attached to either the main unit or the charging
base?
→ Remove the foreign object (P. EN19)
Charging time may take longer depending on the ambient temperature,
how long the unit has been used for, and other usage conditions.
When the main unit has been charged for more than 8 hours and the status
display lamp has been turning up and down in a cycle and will not stop, the
cleaner may have failed. Please contact the dealer where you purchased it.
Are you charging where the temperature is either too high or too low?
→ Recharge in a room where the temperature is between 5 ℃ and 35 ℃
If the operating time reduces significantly even after proper recharging, the
battery has reached the end of its service life.
(The lifespan of the battery depends on factors such as the ambient
temperature, amount of time it is used, and other usage conditions)
→ Please contact the original dealer for purchase and replacement of the
  battery
Is there dust on the house dust sensor?
→ Perform maintenance (P. EN19)
Is there dust overflowing from the dust box?
→ Dispose of the dust (P. EN16 ~ 17)
Lamps may light more frequently when using the unit on new carpets.
(Because the hair falling off can be easily sensed ); it is not a failure

Is the air intake blocked?
