PULLMAN SHUFFLEBOARD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tools required by the installer:

3/8" Drive ratchet and Extension
1/2" Socket
9/16" Socket
1/2" and 9/16" Combo end wrench
# 2 and # 3 Phillips screwdriver
Electric drill/ driver
1/8" Drill bits
2' Level
6' Level
Various thicknesses of shim material
Prior to installation of the shuffleboard please check for damaged or missing parts. Call Presidential
Billiards at 866-728-2253 if there is a problem. The assembly hardware is packed to correspond to the
assembly steps outlined below.
STEP 1 ASSEMBLE THE CABINET
Loosely attach the leg brackets and upper brackets to the cabinet panels using the 5/16 – 18 x
1.1
¾" bolts.
Place the four cabinet slats into their slots and secure with the #8 x 2" flat head screws, ensuring

that the cabinet is square and that the width is consistent. Start with the slat at the open end of
the cabinet assembly and work your way to the closed end.
1.3 Turn the cabinet over and install the two bottom slats. Place the slotted slats at the open end of
each cabinet half.
1.4 Tighten the leg bracket and upper bracket bolts.
1.5 Repeat step 1.1 thru 1.4 for the other cabinet half.
STEP 2 INSTALL THE LEGS
2.1 Install hanger bolts in all six legs.
2.2 Loosely attach the corner legs to the cabinet halves using the lock washers and nuts in the step
2.2 hardware pack. Turn the cabinet halves upright and position and secure the center legs
Properly position all six legs and tighten nuts. Add the #12 x 1 ¼" round head screws from the
