BRISTOL BILLIARD TABLE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Tools required by the installer:

Socket wrench 1/2", 9/16"
End wrench 1/2", 9/16"
Phillips screwdriver, #2 & #3
Staple gun to apply felt
½" Drive flex T handle
9/16" Socket (1/2" drive)
3' or 4' Spirit level
Prior to installation of the table please check for damaged or missing parts. Call Presidential Billiards at
866-728-2253 if there is a problem. The hardware is packed in several different packets. Each packet
indicates a step number. This coincides with the steps in this installation instruction and will hopefully
reduce your time to verify what hardware is required where. It is suggested that you retain the bolts in
their respective packets for ease of installation.
STEP 1 ATTACHING THE LEGS AND BEAMS TO THE CABINET
1.1 Unpack legs and place in desired location of room.
Attach 5/16" x 4" full thread bolt into leg. Making sure to leave 2 ¾" of bolt extending from leg.

Attach panel to leg and loosely fasten using 5/16" nut and washer.

1.4 Square cabinet and tighten nuts.
Place beams in position and tighten using 5/16" x 3 1/2" bolt and washer.

STEP 2 LEVELING THE TABLE & INSTALLING THE SLATE
2.1 Place the cabinet in the desired location in the room.
2.2 Level the cabinet to the floor, shimming under the legs.
2.3 Set the 3 slate pieces in place and pre drill the slate screw holes into the wings with a 3/16" drill
bit. Level the table and slate combination with a spirit level both lengthwise and cross wise,
shimming as necessary.
2.4 Fasten the slate to the beams using the screws provided.
2.5 Fill the joints and install the bed cloth by gluing the cloth to the slate.

CAUTION
Due to the extreme
hardness of the Maculata timber, it is
necessary to pre-drill for the installation
of screws in the legs. (3/16"Drill)
