    Feature Definitions Programmable Action Alarms Programmable Hold Times Up to three action alarms can be programmed for each Product key hold times can be programmed to track product key. If your fryer manufacturer recommends this procedure, the boil function ac- curately maintains the fryer temperature at 190°F (88°C) to assist in the cleaning of fry vats.
