7.1.5 Shifter calibration mode
To enter the H-pattern shifter calibration mode on
regular Fanatec Steering Wheels press START
(10) + tuning menu button at the same
time. The START button is usually the black
button on the lower right center of the Steering
Wheel, the picture on the right hand side shows
the Porsche 918 RSR as an example:
To enter the H-pattern shifter calibration mode on
the Universal Hub press START (10) +
tuning menu button at the same time:
Put the H-pattern shifter's lever into the
position shown on the LED display and
acknowledge each single position by
pressing START (10) to get to the next
one.
On Fanatec Steering Wheels designed for Xbox One the corresponding but-
+
tons are Tuning menu + MENU button
Please refer to the Quick Guides of your Fanatec Steering Wheel for more
detailed information.
NOTE: After firmware update the CSL Elite Wheel Base will request
the shifter calibration automatically as soon as a non-calibrated H-pattern
shifter is connected and detected. The menu will guide you through the
calibration steps as described next below.
