Refer to the "Replace The Drive
Belt" procedure.
Follow the directions until it tells
you to loosen the Drive Belt
Tensioner Screw.
Loosen the screw, and adjust
the Drive Belt Tensioner, so that
it puts more tension on the drive
belt. Re-tighten the Drive Belt
Tensioner Screw.
Does the issue

Tighten the belt
tension a little more.
