    Adjustments Moving the Machine The machine may be moved by one or more persons depending on their physical abilities and capacities. Make sure that you and others are all physically fi t and able to move the machine safely. Grasp the Aero Bars to carefully tilt the machine toward you onto the transport rollers. Be sure not to grab the Media Shelf. Be aware of the Handlebars and the weight of the machine before tilting the machine.

Stop exercising if you feel pain or tightness in your chest, become short of breath, or feel faint. Contact your doctor before you use the machine again.     To dismount your fi tness machine: Move the Pedal you want to dismount from to the highest position, and bring the machine to a complete stop. This machine is not equipped with a free-wheel. Pedal speed should be reduced in a controlled manner. Grasp the Static Handlebars under the Console to steady yourself.

    Power-Up / Idle Mode ( GET READY screen ) The Console will enter Power-Up / Idle Mode if it is plugged into a power source, any button is pushed, or if it receives a signal from the RPM sensor as a result of pedaling the machine.   • Page 25 BENEFIT MODE WORKOUTS Benefit Mode Workouts show the course profile of the program in Resistance Levels. Each column in the profile shows one workout segment. The higher the column, the higher the resistance level. During a Benefit Mode workout, the Benefit Zone display suggests a Burn Rate Target range to optimize the program.

The Console will track the time in Cool Down, and display the workout results of the completed workout. Cool Down values are not added to the results or saved.     Console Setup Mode The Console Setup Mode lets you view maintenance statistics (Total Run Hours and Software Version) or fully reset the Console. Note: Push PAUSE/STOP to exit the Console Setup Mode and return to the Power-Up Mode screen.
