Loosen the cable retainer located on the rear of the back (see Fig.1) and run the cable through it. It protects against excessive dangerous over-temperatures which could be accidentally generated inside the appliance. If the device is tripped, it interrupts electrical power to the appliance and thus prevents it from operating.

_______________________________________________________________________ use and instruction manual 9.2 Cleaning the cooking chamber 9.2.1 Manual Cleaning For hygienic reasons, it is good practice to clean the cooking chamber at the end of each cooking cycle, otherwise it should be cleaned at least once at the end of each day’s use. Correct cleaning also prevents the formation of corrosive phenomena inside the chamber, as well as preventing the danger of accidental combustion due to any grease and food residues accumulated over time.

With oven door open, loosen the fixing screws of the "nose" 2. Move the "nose" vertically and fasten it so that when the door is closed it may be inserted in the handle, completely open (horizontal position) without rubbing.
