or disassembling it and before cleaning or

Engine driven appliances: beware of sharp
and/or moving parts. Always keep your hands
away from the moving parts when using,
cleaning or servicing the appliance.
Heating devices: wait until the appliance has
cooled down before you touch the housing and
parts of the unit.
Be extra careful during cleaning and servicing.
APPLICATION
This gourmette set is very suitable for all the usual
preparation methods, including grilling, frying and
stir-frying meat, fish and or vegetables. Diners can do
so without using oil or fat to cook light dishes, although
a small amount of oil or butter may be used, too. Oil and
butter often lend additional flavour to foods and help
them to cook faster. To create a raclette dish, diners can
place a slice of cheese in the pan to melt it. The pans
are very suitable for preparing eggs or mini pancakes.
To prevent them from cooling down too much, do not
remove the pans from the heat for too long.
