Power via vehicle DLC
1. Connect the OBD II / DLC cable to the scan tool.
2. Connect the OBD II / DLC cable to the DLC on vehi-
cle. Located within 18 inches (45.7 cm) of steering
wheel. Typically located on the driver's side, under
dash.
3. Turn ignition ON.
