1. lurn olT [he speech processor. Put
yom th umb in the battery cover
release la tch . Slide the slo r and pull
the barrery cove r back.
2. R emove the o ld batteries.

4. Pnsh the battery cove r back into
pl.lce.

Check rhat the batteries are
inse rted co rrectly.
If th e Low Battery symbol still
appea rs, re pla ce th e barreries.
If you do n't hear ; : mything or only
hea r so u nds intermittently:
Ensure th e speec h processo r is
turn ed on an d the LCD pan el is
no t display in g the Low Batte ry
symbo l.
Ensure the headset and ndl1Snutting
cables are propedy connec ted.
Ensure the coil is placed directly
ove r the coc hlear implant.
Se t the micro pho ne se nsiri vity

microph o ne.
