14. PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION

PROBLEM
1.
The electric lawnmower
doesn't work
2.
The electric lawnmower
trips the power supply.
3.
The cut grass is not collected
in the grass catcher
4.
Irregular grass cutting
5.
Excessive noise and/or
vibration is experienced
whilst working
If problems persist after having performed the above operations, contact your dealer.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The machine has no
power supply
The mains socket
amperage is insufficient
Other electrical appliances
are being used
The cutting means has
collided with a foreign object
and received a knock
The inside of the chassis is dirty
The cutting means is not
in good condition
Damaged or loose parts.
Cutting means fittings are loose
or the cutting means is damaged

SOLUTION
Check the electrical connection.
Connect the machine to a mains
socket with sufficient amperage
Do not connect other
appliances to the same mains
socket at the same time.
Check for damage and contact
a Technical service centre
for the replacement of the
cutting means if necessary.
Clean the inside of the chassis
to ease the grass discharge
towards the grass catcher
Contact a Technical
service centre for the
sharpening or replacement
of the cutting means
Stop the machine and
disconnect the plug from the
socket. Inspect for damage.
Check for and tighten
any loose parts.Have all
checks, repair work and
replacements carried out by
an Authorised Centre only.
Stop the machine and
disconnect the plug from the
socket, Contact an authorised
Technical Service Centre for
checks, replacements or repairs.
