k. Insert the Torbar through isolation valve
touches the opposite internal wall of the process
pipe.
Warning. During step l, maintain continuous
pressure on the Torbar to ensure that it remains in
contact with the opposite internal wall of the
process pipe.
l.
Reposition chain link
m. Turn the Torbar until the indentation marks on the
head are positioned downstream of the flow – see
Fig. 2.1, page 3.
n. Fully tighten packing gland
does not turn. Check for leaks.
o. Ensure that safety chain
secure.
6. Check the Torbar is installed correctly and aligned.
