11. MASK OPTION

The µ PD754244 has the following mask options:
• Mask option of P70/KR4 to P73/KR7
On-chip pull-up resistor connection can be specified for these pins.
(1) Do not connect an on-chip pull-up resistor
(2) Connect the 100-kΩ (typ.) pull-up resistor bit-wise
• Mask option of RESET pin
On-chip pull-up resistor connection can be specified for this pin.
(1) Do not connect an on-chip pull-up resistor
(2) Connect the 100-kΩ (typ.) pull-up resistor
• Standby function mask option (µPD754244 only)
The wait time when the RESET signal is input can be selected.
