The equipment may only be installed by
– KÄRCHER service engineers
– persons authorized by KÄRCHER
Preparing the installation place
The following requirements are necessary
in order to install the equipment:
– Horizontal even area, with a solid sur-
face with the dimensions 1,200 x 600
mm.
– Plant to be freely accessible for mainte-
nance jobs.
– Surrounding temperature not exceed-
ing 40 °C.
– Environment free of explosion risks.
– For electrical connection refer to techni-
cal specifications.
– For water connection refer to technical
specifications.

Unpack the equipment
Unpack the equpiment and dispose of the
packing material properly.
Aligning the unit and installing it
 Fasten the anti-skid clamps for the ma-
chine feet to the floor.
 Place the high pressure module with
the machine feet in the anti-skid
clamps.
Assemble the installation parts
 Install the attachment set for suction
pipes or the attachment set for storage
tank according to the enclosed assem-
bling instructions.
