ConnectedDrive

Vehicle equipment
All standard, country-specific and optional
equipment that is offered in the model series is
described in this chapter. Therefore, equip‐
ment is also described that is not available in a
vehicle, e. g., because of the selected optional
equipment or country variant. This also applies
for safety-related functions and systems.

ConnectedDrive Store

In vehicles with specific technical require‐
ments, various services in the vehicle can be
ordered later. The offering of services depends
on the country.

An overview of the services present in the
vehicle and those to be ordered later is dis‐
played.
4. To purchase a service, select it and follow
the instructions on the Control Display.

Concierge Services

General information
The Concierge service offers information on
events, gas stations or hotels, and provides
phone numbers and addresses. A voice con‐
nection to the Concierge service is established
for this purpose. Hotels can be booked directly
by the BMW Assist Concierge service. The
Concierge service is part of the optional BMW
Response Center Plan.
Starting the Concierge service

A voice connection is established with the
BMW Assist Concierge service.

BMW TeleServices

The concept
TeleService supports communication with
your service center.
General information
Data on the vehicle's service requirements can
be sent directly to the service center. In this
way, the service center can plan its work in ad‐
vance. This shortens the duration of the serv‐
ice appointment.
In the event of a breakdown, data on the vehi‐
cle's condition can be sent directly to Road‐
side Assistance.
The service varies by country.
Services may be restricted abroad.
Requirements
BMW TeleServices may be available in several
different variants in the vehicle. The following
conditions must be satisfied:
▷ Wireless reception must be guaranteed.
▷ The ignition is switched on.
