Measure Frequency Error

:MEASure:DEMod:FERRor?
Sets the active measurement to code domain power, sets the default measurement
parameters, triggers a new measurement and returns the frequency error results.
It is a combination of the
commands:CONFigure:DEMod:CDP;:READ:DEMod:FERRor?
