GVA-CPL Coupler Replacement
for LV, LVK, SV, SVK Globe Valve Actuators

Remove all existing coupler parts. These parts could be
damaged. When replacing the coupler, use only new parts.

Position the actuator to the fully end position (stem up).
Cable should be pointed away from you. Manual override may
need to be turned.
3 Position the coupler support on the actuator spindle, with the
indicators facing you.
4 Position the clamps on the spindle head. Position the clamp
parts to the groove of the spindle and in the small slot of the
coupler support. They should not slip around.

Position the black lock over the clamps to the coupler support
with arrows face up.
The lock can be positioned in only one direction. There are
notches on the clamp support prohibiting a position the wrong
direction.
Push the black lock fully down.

Position the clamp holder over the clamps.
Do not push down at this point.
7 Catch the clamps with the small ears of the clamp holder.
Pinch the clamp holder together as shown. Catch the corners
of the metal clamps by pushing down a bit on the clamp
holder, so the ears are over the metal clamps. Do not force it
or the plastic could break. If it does not grab all 4 corners take
apart and do again.
