TROUBLESHOOTING

Machine actions
The machine does not turn on.
The machine needs a lot of time to warm
up.
The pump is noisy.
The lever cannot reach the dispensing

Co ee is not dispensed or is only dispensed
in drops.

Causes
The machine is not connected to the mains supply. Connect the machine to the mains supply.
The machine is full of limescale.
Not enough water in the tank.
Tank not inserted correctly.
Used capsule drawer full.
The capsule is not inserted correctly.
Capsule stuck.
Used capsule drawer full.
The used capsule is unsuitable for the selected
product.
Tank not inserted correctly.
Not enough water in the tank.
Not enough water in the tank.
A small amount of co ee granules always remain
in the bottom of the cup.
Unsuitable milk.
The milk is too hot.
The milk carafe is dirty or not inserted correctly.
The components of the carafe are not assembled
correctly.
The used capsule drawer and the drip tray are
incorrectly inserted.
Solutions
Contact an authorised service centre.
Descale the machine.
Fill the water tank with fresh drinking water.
Insert the tank correctly and push it downwards.
Empty the used capsule drawer. Insert the capsule
again.
Insert the capsule again, checking that it is correctly
inserted.
Open and close the lever fully a couple of times with
moderate force to remove the capsule.
Empty the used capsule drawer.
Insert a new capsule and repeat the operation or check
the colour of the capsule.
Insert the tank correctly and push it downwards.
Fill the water tank with fresh drinking water.
Fill the water tank with fresh drinking water. Press
the corresponding button of the interrupted beverage
without replacing the capsule. Stop dispensing upon
reaching the desired quantity by pressing the beverage
button again.
This is normal and not a defect.
Use fresh milk with at least 1.5% fat.
Use milk at fridge temperature.
Clean the carafe and insert it correctly.
Check that the components of the carafe have been
assembled correctly.
Reinsert both parts in the machine. First insert the used
capsule drawer as far as it will go, then slide the drip
tray back in place.
