12 Chapter 2 Getting to know your computer
Description
Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with wireless
local area networks (WLAN).
Send and receive wireless signals to communicate with wireless
wide area networks (WWAN).
Record sound.
On: The webcam is in use.
Records video and captures still photographs.
For information on using the webcam, access HP Support
Assistant. To access HP Support Assistant on the Start screen,
select the HP Support Assistant app.
Turns off the display or initiates Sleep if the display is closed
while the power is on.
NOTE:
The display switch is not visible on the outside of the
computer.
Send and receive wireless signals to communicate and transfer
data/info to and from your Near Field Communication (NFC)-
compatible devices.
