The 1 PPS signal is generally a 10 millisecond pulse that oc-
curs every second, with the rising edge on time. Synchronization
between the 1 PPS and IRIG-B time code can be seen in Figure 23.
A 1 PPS signal transmitted from the source connector would dis-
play as illustrated in Figure 28.
