2) Confirm that the braker of the main power is turned off, and then connect the power cable to TB801 U
and V on the Filter Unit.
Note: The input powr supply of Display Unit changes by Model of connected Scanner Unit.
Confirm the Model of Scanner Unit and input power supply of Display Unit.
