The REM15 is a water-resistant 4-button remote control that is available in a
433MHz or 868MHz version.

Battery
One 3V lithium battery (CR2032).
Setting the Operational Mode
The REM15 functions in Magellan mode or Omnia mode. For wireless
receivers that use the Magellan protocol, the remote control must be in
Magellan mode. For wireless receivers that use the Omnia protocol, the
remote control must be in Omnia mode. By default, the remote control is in
Magellan mode.
To set the operational mode, press and hold the
simultaneously for 5 seconds. If the remote control LED flashes once, it is in
Magellan mode. If the LED flashes twice, it is in Omnia mode.
LED Functionality
The REM15 will perform different flashing sequences of its LED during
normal operation that will inform the user whether the remote control is in
Magellan or Omnia mode. When the remote control is in Magellan mode, the
LED will flash rapidly when transmitting. When the remote control is in Omnia
mode, the LED will stay illuminated when transmitting.

For instructions on how to assign a REM15 to a system, refer to the
respective control panel's Programming Guide.
Replacing the Battery
1. Using a coin, turn the battery cover to the
unlocked position.
2. Remove the battery cover and battery.
3. Replace the battery (use 3V CR2032) and
close the cover as shown in Figure 1.
WARNING: Danger of explosion exists if the
lithium battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace
only with the same or equivalent type
recommended by the manufacturer. Dispose of
used batteries according to the manufacturer's
instructions.

Configuración del Modo de Funcionamiento
El REM15 funciona en modo Magellan o en modo Omnia. Para los
receptores inalámbricos que usan el protocolo Magellan, el control remoto
debe estar en modo Magellan. Para los receptores inalámbricos que usan el
protocolo Omnia, el control remoto debe estar en modo Omnia. De fábrica,
el control remoto está en Modo Magellan.

Indicadores LED
El REM15 efectua diferentes secuencias de parpadeo de la luz LED en el
curso de su funcionamiento normal. Estos parpadeos indican al usuario si el
control remoto está en modo Magellan u Omnia. Cuando el control remoto
está en modo Magellan, la luz LED parpadea rápidamente durante la
transmisión. Cuando el control remoto está en modo Omnia, la luz LED
permanece iluminada durante la transmisión.

Cambio de Batería
1. Usando una moneda, mueva la cubierta de
la batería hacia la posición de desbloqueo.
2. Retirar la cubierta de batería y la batería.
3. Remplazar la batería (con una CR2032 de
3V) y cerrar la cubierta como muestra la
Figura 1.
AVISO: Hay peligro de explosión si la batería
de litio es cambiada incorrectamente.
Remplazar solo con baterías del mismo tipo o
un equivalente recomendado por el fabricante.
Deshacerse de las baterías usadas siguiendo
las instrucciones del fabricante.
