To clean the air filter
1. Remove the air filter cover and remove the air filter.
2. Clean the foam plastic filter (A) with a warm solution
of soap and water.
3. Make the foam plastic filter moist with the oil for
Husqvarna two-stroke engine.
Note: Make sure that the filter is dry before you do
this instruction.
4. Put the filter in a plastic bag. Add the oil to the plastic
bag.
5. Push the plastic bag to make sure the oil supplies
equally across the air filter.
6. Remove the unwanted oil from the plastic bag.
7. Get the air filter out. Dry it before you install it to the
product.
CAUTION: Do not use oil for four-stroke
engines. This causes damage to the
foam plastic filter.
CAUTION: Do not use mixture fuel! It
does not have sufficient oil, so the filter
becomes dry in hours.

Fuel filter
When the engine runs short of fuel supply, make sure
that the fuel tank cap and the fuel filter (A) is not
blocked.

Bevel gear
The bevel gear is filled with the right quantity of grease
at the factory.
Before you use the product, make sure that the bevel
gear is filled 3/4 full with bevel gear grease. Use
Husqvarna special grease.
Usually, it is not necessary to replace the grease in the
bevel gear. Replace if repairs are done.
To sharpen grass cutters and grass
blades
1. Sharpen grass cutters and grass blades with a
single-cut flat file.
2. Sharpen all edges of the grass cutters and blades
equally to keep the balance.
