PLAY MODE
ERASE ALL
°§All image data which is saved in compact flash memory card is to be erased.

If you push ENTER button after moving a bar cursor into ERASE ALL in a
manual starting screen status, the messages like below appears on a liquid
monitor.

Select YES by highlighting it and then pressing ENTER.
°§All the images on the card will then be erased.
¶_The image counter will register no images.
Locked images will not be deleted.
°§AFTER selecting NO, when you push the ENTER button
¶_A manual starting screen is back and ERASE ALL of the screen is
highlighted. When deleted, the setup MENU mode is cancelled if you
press MENU.

°ÿWhilst images are being erased the
red LED will remain illuminated.
The green viewfinder LED will flash
to indicate that all images have been
erased.
°ÿNormal operation will be resumed by
either selecting a new mode using
the mode dial or when the camera is
powered down and back up.

Note
°§Erasing images will clear the memory of all information (except
locked images). You must transfer any image files that you want to
save to another medium before erasing takes place.

: Only one cut image is deleted out of images stored in a compact
flash memory card.
1. select the image that you want to erase.

2. If you push STATUS /
button, the messages like below
appears on a liquid monitor.
3. After moving a bar cusor into YES or NO with up and down button,
push ENTER button.Then the action like below is executed.
¶UAfter selecting YES, when you push ENTER button
¢—After erasing image stored in a memory card, the next stored
image is displayed on a liquid monitor.
¶UAfter selecting NO, when you push ENTER button
¢—The screen comes back to the chosen image screen.
