Camera Information Category
Camera information can be retrieved via a controlling application. Parameters such as camera
model, firmware version, etc. are read to uniquely identify the connected Calibir GigE device. These
features are typically read-only. GigE Vision applications retrieve this information to identify the
camera along with its characteristics.
Features listed in the description table but tagged as Invisible are usually for Teledyne DALSA or
third party software usage—not typically needed by end user applications.

Camera Information Feature Descriptions

Table 11 describes these parameters along with their view attribute and in which device version the
feature was introduced. Additionally the View column indicates which parameter is a member of the
DALSA Features Naming Convention (indicated by DFNC), versus the GenICam Standard Features
Naming Convention (SFNC tag is not shown).
