If Your Z-Wave Device Doesn't Work

In certain situations a device might fail, for example, if it is disconnected from its power source, if it is
taken out of the eZLO hub's range, or if a defect occurs in the device. For about 30 seconds after failing
the application tries to reach it and during this time the virtual device controls continue to operate. As
soon as the application recognizes the device has failed a "Device is Unreachable" notification is
displayed when you click on this device's icon.
To remove a Failed device​ :
The failure notification gives access to the Failed device's ​ D elete​ and ​ R eplace​ options.
