loop power is supplied by the LC-110H as shown below.

already has 250Ω, do not enable the HART resistor.
6.1.3 Across Circuit, Communicator Only
In "Communicator Only" mode the LC-110H is across the circuit and
the loop power is supplied externally as shown below.
