A single ASCII carriage return character
<LF>
Line feed; a single ASCII line feed character that indicated the line should be scrolled
<Reset120>
An extended mode bus reset that consists of a bus low for 120us. Extended mode slaves
will respond with a status byte after a <Reset120>
<Reset480>
A normal mode bus reset as defined by Maxim-Dallas. Consists of a bus low for 480us
followed by a presence pulse issued by all normal mode slaves present on the bus (60-
240us)

Arrival
An arrival is reported after a new device's serial number with the correct CRC8 and a
non-zero family code appears on two subsequent full-discovery passes

Break
A break happens when the transmitter drives the line to a zero state for longer than is
supported by the protocol. This may happen because of a transmission error or to
intentionally reset the interface. This will cause Link devices to reset.
C
Channel mask
Set value in the LINK to make different channels or combination of channels active or
inactive
CRC
Cyclic redundancy
check; error correcting code to make sure communications are correct
