Using 1-Wire® Viewer with Other Link Devices
It should be noted that 1-Wire® Viewer does not readily work with all Link devices. It does not,
for example, recognize the LinkHub-S. There is a trick to get around this, but it requires also
having a Link45.
Set up a Link45 and plug it into a properly configured serial port. Start 1-Wire® Viewer. 1-
Wire® Viewer will recognize the Link45 and initialize. While 1-Wire® Viewer is still running,
unplug the Link45 and plug a LinkHub-S into the same serial port. 1-Wire® Viewer will
continue to run and detect all the sensors connected to the LinkHub-S.
