Bit Mode with Strong Pull-Up

Command " ~ " (tilde)
Command Compatible With:

This command places the LINK
the bus after the last bit of the first byte is issued. Only single ASCII digits of " 0 " or " 1 " value
are allowed and single ASCII digits are returned.
Hitting the ENTER (carriage return) will end bit mode.
N : Subsequent bytes will be performed but will not be followed by strong pull-up.
