If symptoms of poor performance develop, the follow-
ing chart can be used as a guide to correct the problem.
When diagnosing faults in operation of the tool, always
check that the hydraulic power source is supplying the
correct hydraulic flow and pressure to the tool as listed
PROBLEM
Tool doesn't run.
Tool doesn't drill effectively.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
SOLUTION
Check power unit for proper
flow and pressure (7-9 gpm
@ 1500-2000 psi).
Remove obstruction.
Be sure hoses are connected to
the proper ports.
Disassemble drill and inspect
for damaged parts.
Check power unit for proper
flow and pressure (7-9 gpm @
1500-2000 psi).
Remove obstruction.
20 cmf minimum.
Recharge accumulator. Replace
diaphragm if charge loss
continues.
Provide cooler to maintain
proper oil temperature
(under 140°F).
