Water Flow Testing
1. Place a graduated measuring cup under the appropriate dispense nozzle. Place the Program switch in the
ON position.
2. Press and release the desired "Product Dispense Switch" three times.
3. The selected position will dispense water (no concentrate) only for 3 seconds.
4. Measure the water dispensed. Total dispense should be around 250ml. Record the flow rate for each dispense
station for future reference.
5. Place Program switch in the OFF position.
Pump Speed Adjustment
1. Disconnect the dispenser from the power source.
2. Remove the drip tray.
3. Remove the two screws securing the splash panel and remove the splash panel.
4. Locate RPM Sensor Board with small switch. Place
the switch in the "ON" position.
6. Turn the adjustment knobs clockwise to increase speed and counterclockwise to decrease speed.
7. The knob positions directly correspond to dispense station locations.
NOTE: After every pump speed adjustment, dispense 8-12 ounces and discard before dispensing a sample to
measure. This gives the pump time to find the new speed.
8. When final settings are confirmed, place the RPM
switch back to the "I" (OFF) position. This will lock
the speed settings.

5. Locate the adjustment knobs on the circuit board.
9. Reinstall the splash panel and drip tray and recon-
nect the dispenser to the power source.
